Using Talefetti

These terms describe use of the Talefetti website and authorized preview versions of its Android reading app. Talefetti is in development and is not currently offered as a publicly released app. Contact: siriushevoice@gmail.com.

1. Scope and eligibility

Use Talefetti only if you can lawfully agree to these terms; if you are below the age of legal majority, involve a parent or guardian as required by applicable law. The service is not intended for children under 13. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Accounts and sign-in

You may use supported features as a guest or optionally link an account using Google. Keep your account secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Guest records may become inaccessible after uninstalling or clearing app data. Account linking and recovery depend on successful authentication. Do not use another person’s account without authorization.

3. Stories and permitted use

Talefetti and its content providers retain their respective rights in the service and story content. Access grants permission for personal reading through supported features, not ownership of the content. Do not redistribute stories, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Contact us to report suspected rights violations and identify the relevant material.

4. Preview features and purchases

Preview features and sample content may change or be removed during development. Local test purchases are simulations and do not charge real money. This website does not sell coins, subscriptions, or stories. Before any paid public offering is enabled, the app will display the applicable price, purchase conditions, and platform payment information. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Availability and account requests

We work to provide a reliable service, but preview versions may contain errors, experience interruptions, or change without continuous availability. Do not rely on a preview as the sole copy of information you need. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect security, or comply with law. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through the contact email.

6. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains the data we process and how to request access, correction, or deletion. For a support issue, provide enough detail to identify the problem; do not send passwords, payment card information, or login tokens.

7. Responsibility and changes

Use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms as the service develops and will revise the date on this page. Material changes affecting existing users will be communicated where appropriate before they take effect.
